Many of us are feeling overwhelmed, anxious about the future and disconnected from ourselves, making it difficult to navigate life transitions, our ever-changing emotions and be present for moments of joy with loved ones.
Mindfulness is an innate part of who we are; it’s already within us. However, it takes some guidance and practice to get stronger. Through mindfulness-based coaching, you’ll learn the fundamentals of a mindfulness practice and receive guidance that’s tailored to what you are needing right now in your life.

Through mindfulness-based tools, my deepest wish is for individuals and communities to realize their potential to live with ease, meaning and purpose.
I offer evidence-based, solution-oriented and compassionate approaches to mindful living and thriving. For over 12 years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, families and individuals around the world.
