Mindfulness-based Coaching
Mindfulness-based coaching with children offers them tools for managing difficult emotions like anger, fear and boredom. Mindfulness coaching empowers children and adolescents as they discover how to develop a growth mindset, healthy self-esteem and ways of navigating friendships with more ease.
Coaching for adults takes place in one-hour sessions where we explore curiosities and issues you’d like to work on and learn tools for managing difficult emotions, moving through transitions and cultivating more presence, ease and joy in your life.
Mindfulness for Education
Whether it’s a one-hour introduction to mindfulness or a more in-depth training for school counselors, students or staff, we’ll tailor a curriculum and experience to your needs.
Mindfulness Group Training
In a 4 to 6-week format, we’ll offer mindfulness training for you and your colleagues in any setting that could benefit from more presence and ease.
